Of Planning for a SECOND Date!
Well this is very exciting...!The first date went well as you know and now the lovely lady has consented to a second!Yes!!So now I’m in planning mode. Again. This is a very good place for me I’ve discovered. It is hugely energising to be focussing outward on other people particularly at this time of year.Over the days that have passed since our first date I’ve been able to get to know her a little better. We have had a few lunches together and some great conversations. It begs the question - do I still need to impress? Well, of course I do. For me, making an effort is all about respect and acknowledgement of her worth and value. At this time of year in Auckland there are a lot of options available to do and create something memorable and fun. I’m still avoiding the ‘lets go see a movie’ date. I don’t want to spend a couple hours of my life not talking to someone I quite like. Seems like a terrible waste of time.I’m kicking around some ideas. And they’re shaping up pretty well.I am a little concerned with respect to the weather. Auckland is a little unpredictable so perhaps I need to have an equally strong plan ‘B’. Is it too soon to get caught together in a torrential downpour? This could be a great test of character! (let’s tick that box!)
As always, any ideas and suggestions you may have are encouraged.Simon.
