Of A HUGE Discovery About Women
OMG OMG OMG!!!This is too big to keep quiet about!Women love guys playing guitar for them!!!! In fact, there is a chance of an actual swoon!Allow me to give you an example:Look deeply into her eyes. Then... *strum* “I walked out” *strum* “She left me" *strum* "You know I’m hurting for you”...SWOON!!Who knew that The Exponents could help with attracting women?? I know I’M shocked.
More research was in order. Apparently “I’m A Believer” - the Smash Mouth version - is another that works. (women like Shrek!!).
There must be many other melt-making songs. Tell me, tell me!! I need to practice!!Which brings me on to Chris...
I have been advised that singing to a girl in a foreign language can compound the melting and swooning. Chris Cornell does this brilliantly with 'Can't Change Me'. Damn you Chris Cornell, you handsome guy..!I found a couple of YouTube clips that sums it up perfectly. Vol. 1 and then Vol. 2 . And since I’m a bass player (I have been since I was 16) I now understand why I was completely useless with girls!! (Make sure you watch Vol. 1 to the end..!).
Then that brings me to the effect of writing a song for a girl. KILLER move. I mean, how hard can it be? Rebecca Black went HUGE with the dumbest song on earth. It must be easy!So... inspiration...puppies, flowers (God, I love my orchid), trees, long walks on the beach... umm...“you’re a tree...” NOPE. That is lame.“you’re a shrub in my shrubbery”... Oh HELL no!OK - it may be harder than I thought. The theory is sound, I just need to put some work into it. :p- S
